1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused or only minimally handled.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Free Returns
RoadNest proudly offers free returns worldwide.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for completing the return process.
Please do not send any item back before receiving authorization from our support team.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that your financial institution may require several business days to complete the refund transaction.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing parts
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify for our return policy after delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products intentionally damaged by customers
- Items showing excessive wear or misuse
- Products returned without authorization
- Gift cards (if applicable)
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team.
We will gladly assist whenever inventory is available.
